1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and utilizing the website honeybeartrees.info, placing calls to our dispatch line at (321) 677-9055, or requesting tree removal, tree trimming, stump grinding, or emergency storm cleanup services from Honey Bear Tree Service (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service.
2. Free On-Site Estimates & Written Proposals
Honey Bear Tree Service provides written, itemized estimates for prospective tree removal, pruning, and land clearing projects. Estimates are based on visible physical conditions during our on-site inspection, including tree height, trunk diameter, canopy defects, proximity to structures, overhead utility drops, and equipment access.
Written proposals remain valid for 30 calendar days from the date of issuance, subject to severe storm events or structural changes to the tree that alter job safety or mechanical complexity.
3. Property Access, Boundaries & Tree Ownership
Property owners must verify that all trees scheduled for removal, trimming, or root disturbance are situated entirely on their property. In boundary line scenarios, the property owner is responsible for securing written consent from adjoining neighbors before work commences.
The customer agrees to provide our crew with safe, unobstructed access to the work area, including unlocking gates, removing domestic animals from the yard, and moving vehicles from driveways during scheduled work hours.
4. Underground Utilities & Georgia 811
For mechanical stump grinding, deep root excavation, or land clearing operations, public underground utilities must be located and marked via the Georgia 811 system prior to excavation.
While Georgia 811 marks public gas, electric, and communication lines, private underground infrastructure—including private irrigation pipes, landscape lighting wires, septic tanks, and drain fields—must be identified and disclosed by the property owner prior to work.
5. Severe Storm Emergency Services
During widespread meteorological events (such as tornadoes, severe squall lines, or tropical storms), response priority is allocated to immediate life-safety hazards, trees resting on occupied structures, and trees blocking primary emergency access routes.
If a fallen tree has impacted power lines, work cannot begin until Georgia Power or Coweta-Fayette EMC has confirmed that the electrical line is de-energized and grounded.
6. Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion of scheduled work and customer walk-through verification, unless prior written arrangements have been established. We accept major credit cards, checks, and electronic payments.
7. Governing Law & Contact Details
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia. Any questions concerning these terms should be directed to our operations office:
